Why does it snow so early....

...the one year I can't do ANYTHING fun with the snow? Hope you who can go skiing are enjoying the early snow!

Just don't forget - You better Check yourself before you wreck yourself!

Enjoy! (I think it is time for me to get a new jacket what do you think?)

What happens when you get married....

Wow - did you forget your gender roles?

One of the many weddings this year...

A beautiful bride getting ready for the big day! Congratulations Julie!

No climbing in Gorge!!!!

Random Picture

So I figured I haven't posted in a LONG, LONG while and I really suck at figuring out what to say so I am just going to post random pictures on days I remember to post....

So here we go.
Enjoy

This photo is from Punto Arenas, Chile. I took this at a spot that looked out over the city and the Straight of Magellen (sp?)Jan of 2007

This past weekend...

Wow I had such a fun weekend I can't believe it. Thanks to all of you that came out and played it was a BLAST!!!!!

Much love to my EC friends that made the hour and a half trip over - I hope it was worth it.

Friday night started out just a nice dinner with friends - WHAT HAPPENED? I really didn't mean to drink that much it just kind of happened (I blame Eric!) Anyway here are some pics...

Now although Friday was fun we couldn't convince Andrea and Eric to join us on Sat. because they had to do "Family Stuff" -- so sorry that we aren't married like you crazy kids... j/k. Sat. was fun though.

First I want to say a quick CONGRATULATIONS to Kara - she is now all grown up because she bought a condo... YEAH!!!!

Second - I only have a few of the pics from Sat. because I forgot my camera for Josh's show and am waiting on Matt to give me the rest of the pictures so check back to see more!

Needless to say here are what I have.

Hey look a picture with out beer bottles... PS thanks for coming out guys I know it was tough when it started but I hope you had fun after the red bull kicked in!

Extreme close up - thank your lovely girlfriend for this one...

Can you believe it we are at Josh and Jon's house and they are not playing Scrabble - HOW DARE THEY?

Don't look so happy Phil...

And on to Sunday morning - a quick trip to Key's for breakfast and one last good bye to Beth and Matt. Thanks for coming next time I will come there.

Again check back for more pictures once I twist Matt's arm to get them. Until then have fun and be good.

Volleyball Mania

Hey so I have one pic that I can post. The last weekend of March/first weekend of April I participated in a Volleyball Tourney with some fun people. I played on Sat. with a co-ed team and we pretty much got killed - but we had a TON of fun doing it!

On Sun. however I played with an all girls team and we ended up getting second - we almost got a trophy, but we were a little shy - oh well we had so much fun getting there.

Thanks to those who set these games up and for making me EXTREMELY sore on Monday and Tuesday.

March Madness...

The March review... Many fun things happened over the month of march and in just looking in my March 07 pictures folder I realized I have not been keeping up. So in an effort to catch up here are the highlights...

Theresa was back for a visit (Yeah) hopefully Eric will be able to convince her more than I have been able to, to come back for good! We love you here and miss you terribly...

Here are some of the fun things we did:
1. We drank shots - somehow every time I see this girl I always end up drinking shots... I don't get it.

2. She made a goofy face

3. WE made goofy faces

Yes we are in our late 20's, even though we don't act it.

Well while Theresa was here St. Patrick's day came as well (Theresa was too cool to hang out with us, but now she can see what she missed) It was fun, in the morning I worked with Becca at Kieran's Irish Pub (which I still have not got paid for), then after that it was Kate's birthday so she decided to go to the King and I Thai.

Josh and Jon had their friends from Japan in town so they joined in the festivities with us. After King and I we all decided to go to the 8th street grille - VERY Irish...

Check out this amazing camera work by myself... If you look closely you will see a piece of popcorn in mid flight to Josh's mouth that was thrown by Sayori and Liz in the background.

After that we decided to go to Kieran's Irish Pub to end the night with some Irish music and hopefully some free beer! This is where the photos get fun...

All in all it was an extremely fun St. Patties day so a big thank you to all.

If you think the month of March can't get any more fun than that - think again... One Friday night Josh, Allison and myself decided to go to a Lacrosse game - we couldn't convince anyone else to join us so now they can see what they missed. It was fun the seats were only $10 and the game is actually pretty brutal.

Look how close we got to sit...

We even got free hats - that is if you were on time - Sorry Allison.

Sweet Myspace pics...

Well I think that about sum's up our March - I will get April up after this weekend since I am sure to have a TON of pics from Josh's show this weekend.

Snow Day with the Nieces...

What is more fun in the winter time then sledding on a beautiful sunny afternoon? Sledding with the two most fun 2 and 3 year olds anyone can find! Here is some of the fun we had. I hope you all had a chance to make the most of our couple of weeks of fresh snow. Hopefully next year we will get more...

Signa Mae getting ready to go outside to play.

Sophie Sue getting some help with the thumb less mittens.

Yes even Josh got to go sledding.

Signa making a beautiful snow angel.

I am assuming your Dad taught you not to eat yellow snow...

Lutsen 2007

Well as Lutsen came and went I felt it a good time to share some of the memories of this year. The ski-in/ski-out condos really kind of sucked. They were very small, no real "rooms" so there wasn't an area for the loud people to hang out. So pretty much Josh was the only one that got any sleep that weekend. Plus it was so windy that the Gandela (sp?) was not running so we had to ski between the two hills which made for some excellent exercise but was extremely annoying. When you left our condo you had to go over to Moose Mtn. and because it was so windy over there you weren't able to ski on that side so you had to go to the other mountain which sucked.

Oh well, it was fun getting outside to enjoy the snow, even though there wasn't too much there. We had a blast playing the new board game that I got from Josh called "Imaginiff..." it is a game that you play with a bunch of friends. Anyway - we had a blast, and yes I love Yeti's! Hope you all can join us next year!

For all of you who missed out on Lutsen this year! It was a little windy but we survived.

I Love this sign... This was placed at the beginning of the hill that contained the terrain park. Unfortunately I did wreck myself, I suffered some whip lash when I fell going over the BIG jump on the second day... Note to self don't get too over confident on your skills.

The group as we rested for lunch.

The group at the top of the hill.

I laugh at the cold... (no wait I hate the cold)

At the top of the hill over looking Lake Superior.

Josh and Jon showing off again...
